Ingredients

  • 4 pieces (6 oz each) salmon fillets (skin-on, if preferred)

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved)

  • 0.5 cup low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the salmon fillets with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
