  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 120 grams plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato (sliced)
  • 1 red onion (sliced)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the canned salmon, panko breadcrumbs, egg, green onion, parsley, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix until evenly combined.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.
