  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce (for sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the salmon fillet for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily. Let it cool and then flake into small pieces using a fork.
