  • 120 grams sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (finely minced)
  • 4 pieces burger buns
  • 4 pieces lettuce leaves
  • 1 large tomato (sliced)

Directions

Step 1

Dice the salmon fillets into small chunks and place them in a food processor. Pulse gently until the salmon is coarsely chopped but not pureed.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped salmon, panko breadcrumbs, egg, dijon mustard, parsley, green onion, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
