  • 120 grams mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dry sherry
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices sliced tomatoes

Directions

Step 1

Cut the salmon fillets into chunks and place them in a food processor. Pulse until coarsely ground, taking care to avoid over-processing.
