  • 500 grams Fresh salmon fillet
  • 100 grams Panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices Sliced tomatoes

Directions

Step 1

Remove the skin from the salmon fillet and cut it into chunks.

Place the salmon chunks in a food processor and pulse until coarsely ground.
