  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
