  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 medium Yellow onion
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Step 2

Divide the turkey mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey patties and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through. Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside.
