  • 0.25 cup Slivered almonds, toasted
  • 0.25 cup Pitted green olives, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese, crumbled (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Bring 1.25 cups of water to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in 1 cup of couscous, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and 0.5 teaspoons of salt. Cover, remove from heat, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
