  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground white pepper
  • 4 eggs Hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine warm milk (slightly warm, not hot) and granulated sugar. Sprinkle the yeast over the top and let it sit for 10 minutes until foamy.
