Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Bread slices
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium-sized Cucumber
  • 1 medium-sized Carrot
  • 2 medium-sized Tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Step 1

Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves, cucumber, carrot, and tomatoes.

Step 2

Thinly slice the cucumber and tomatoes. Grate the carrot using a box grater.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and black pepper until combined.

Step 4

Lightly toast the bread slices until golden brown.
