  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 0.25 cups Shredded carrot
  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Butter

Directions

Step 1

Wash all vegetables thoroughly under running water.

Step 2

Slice the tomato, cucumber, and red onion into thin rounds.

Step 3

Pat dry the lettuce leaves with a paper towel.

Step 4

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
