  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 300 grams Chicken breast
  • 3 small Pickles
  • 150 grams Canned peas
  • 200 grams Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Wash the potatoes and carrots thoroughly. Place them in a large pot, cover with water, and boil them until tender (20–25 minutes). Test doneness by piercing them with a fork. Once cooked, drain, let them cool, peel, and dice into small cubes.

Step 2

Place the eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain and transfer eggs to a bowl of cold water to cool. Peel the eggs and chop them into small pieces.

In a separate pot, boil the chicken breast until fully cooked (about 15–20 minutes). Remove from water and allow to cool. Dice the cooked chicken into small cubes.
