  • 1 Avocado
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese
  • 0.25 cup Walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce and baby spinach. Tear the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl along with the spinach.
