  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Water
  • 4 Ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

Wash all the vegetables thoroughly under cold running water and pat them dry.

Step 2

Peel the cucumber and carrot if desired, and chop them into chunks for easier blending.

Step 3

Core the tomatoes and chop them into quarters.

Step 4

Chop the celery stalks into smaller pieces.

Step 5

Add the cucumber, tomatoes, celery, spinach leaves, carrot, lemon juice, fresh parsley, salt, black pepper, and water into a blender.

Step 6
