  • 4 cups Napa cabbage

  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 0.5 cup Crushed peanuts
  • 3 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 small Fresh red chili

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the Napa cabbage and place it in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Shred the carrots using a grater or julienne them into thin strips. Add them to the bowl.

Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips and add to the bowl.

Step 4

Roughly chop the fresh cilantro and mint leaves, then toss them into the mix.

Chop the green onions into thin rounds and add to the bowl.
