  • 8 leaves Fresh sage leaves
  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp paper towel or gently brushing off any dirt. Trim the ends of the stems and, if they are large, cut them in half or quarters.

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and the olive oil to the pan, letting the butter melt completely.
