  • 100 g baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Cut the boneless beef chuck into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven or heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat.

Sear the beef pieces in batches, ensuring they are browned on all sides. Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.
