Ingredients

  • 100 grams Rolled oats
  • 75 grams Brown sugar
  • 60 milliliters Honey
  • 60 grams Butter, melted
  • 80 grams Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 50 grams Dried cranberries (optional)
  • 50 grams Chopped nuts, such as walnuts or almonds (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease or line an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rye flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk together until well mixed.
