Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (4 oz) Green chilies, diced
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 Flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 1 as needed Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, diced green chilies, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Spread about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture down the center of each flour tortilla.
