Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, sour cream, vodka or white vinegar, and salt until smooth and well combined.

Gradually add the all-purpose flour, one cup at a time, until a soft dough forms. The dough should be pliable but not sticky. Add more flour if necessary.

Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead it for 2-3 minutes until smooth.

Divide the dough into two equal portions for easier handling. Roll out the first portion into a very thin sheet, about 1/8 inch thick.
