Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pineapple, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Mango, peeled and diced
  • 2 Kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Banana, sliced
  • 1 cup Passion fruit pulp
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0 Vanilla ice cream (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium-sized baking dish.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, toss together the pineapple, mango, kiwi, banana, and passion fruit pulp. Add granulated sugar and lime juice, and gently mix to coat the fruits evenly.

Step 3

Transfer the mixed fruits into the prepared baking dish, spreading them out in an even layer.

Step 4

In another mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon powder, and salt.

Step 5

Add the chilled and cubed butter to the flour mixture. Using your fingers or a pastry cutter, work the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs.

Step 6

Evenly sprinkle the crumble mixture over the fruit layer, ensuring all the fruit is covered.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the crumble topping is golden brown and the fruit mixture is bubbling around the edges.

Step 8

Allow the crumble to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Step 9

Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
