  • 1 teaspoon Mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).

Remove the silver skin membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor absorption and tenderness. Use a knife to loosen it, then grab with a paper towel and peel it away.
