  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons (chopped, optional for garnish) fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Trim any excess fat from the round steak and cut it into large serving-sized pieces.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the round steak pieces on both sides until browned (about 2-3 minutes per side).
