Ingredients

  • 12 oz Rotini pasta
  • 3 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0 as needed Water (for boiling pasta and broccoli)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Step 2

Add the rotini pasta to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
