  • 12 sheets Graham crackers
  • 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 tbsp Lime zest
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 0 optional Fresh lemon and lime slices (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lime juice, lemon zest, and lime zest until smooth and well combined. Set aside.

Step 2

In another mixing bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. This will create your whipped cream topping.

Step 3

Line the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking dish with a single layer of graham crackers, breaking them as necessary to fit snugly.
