  • 0.75 cup Mini marshmallows
  • 0.5 cup Chopped almonds (or preferred nuts)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream.

Step 2

Microwave on medium power in 30-second bursts, stirring well after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. This should take about 1.5 to 2 minutes.

Step 3

Stir in the vanilla extract until fully incorporated.

Step 4

Allow the mixture to cool slightly (about 5 minutes), then fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped almonds.
