  • 2.5 cups Mini marshmallows
  • 0.75 cups All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cups Brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 ounces Chocolate bars, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the crumbs are well-coated and press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form an even crust.

Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool slightly.
