  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Guacamole (optional)
  • 0.5 cup Salsa (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Season the chicken breasts with taco seasoning on all sides.

Cook the chicken breasts in the skillet for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
