Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel and quarter the sweet onions, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cut the top off the garlic bulb to expose the cloves inside. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and wrap it tightly in aluminum foil.
