Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 4 sprigs Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 2 pieces Lemon
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and season them with salt and black pepper.

Peel and mince the garlic cloves. Set aside.

Zest one lemon and then juice both lemons into a small bowl. Reserve the juice and zest separately.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. This will be your lemon soy sauce marinade.
