Ingredients

  • 500 g Cremini mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 4 units Celery stalks
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 unit Garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Clean the cremini mushrooms by wiping off any dirt with a damp paper towel. Trim the stems if necessary.

Step 3

Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Roast the mushrooms in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
