  • 0.25 cups Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1.5 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh basil, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice the green tomatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the tomato slices and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
