Ingredients

  • 2 whole Garlic bulbs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Slice the tops off the garlic bulbs, exposing the cloves. Drizzle the bulbs with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and wrap them tightly in aluminum foil.

Step 3

Place the wrapped garlic bulbs on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the cloves are golden and tender.

Step 4

Remove the garlic from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins into a small bowl and mash them with a fork until smooth.

Step 5

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well-blended.

Step 6

Add the mashed roasted garlic, fresh parsley, chives, dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix thoroughly to combine all flavors.

Step 7

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice to your preference.

Step 8

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

Step 9

Serve the dip with crackers, sliced vegetables, or crusty bread. Enjoy!
