Ingredients

  • 1 whole Garlic bulb
  • 113 grams Unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Step 2

Slice the top off the garlic bulb to expose the cloves, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap in aluminum foil.

Step 3

Roast the garlic in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes, or until the cloves are soft and caramelized. Let it cool slightly.

In a bowl, cream the softened butter with a fork or hand mixer until smooth.
