Ingredients

  • 1 whole Garlic bulb
  • 2 teaspoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Slice off the top of the garlic bulb to expose the cloves slightly. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil over the exposed garlic and wrap the bulb tightly in aluminum foil.

Place the wrapped garlic bulb on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the cloves are soft and caramelized.
