  • 2 heads Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice the tops off the garlic heads to expose the cloves. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the garlic and wrap each head in aluminum foil. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cloves are soft and golden.
