Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic bulb
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Asiago cheese, finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Chives, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut the top off the garlic bulb to expose the individual cloves. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the garlic, then wrap it in aluminum foil.
