Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Trim the tough ends of the asparagus spears and place them on a baking sheet.

Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the asparagus and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
