Ingredients

  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • 100 g mixed salad greens
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 10 fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Rinse the cherry tomatoes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Peel and mince the garlic cloves, and sprinkle them over the tomatoes.
