Ingredients

  • 250 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1.5 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 120 grams Mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Place the cherry tomatoes on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.

Step 3

Peel the garlic cloves and add them to the baking sheet with the tomatoes.
