Ingredients

  • 8 Chicken drumsticks
  • 4 medium Carrots
  • 6 medium Red potatoes
  • 1 large Red onion
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Wash and pat dry the chicken drumsticks. Set aside.

Step 3

Peel the carrots and cut them into thick sticks. Cut the red potatoes into quarters. Slice the red onion into wedges. Leave the garlic cloves whole but remove their skins.

Step 4

In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the seasoning mixture. Remove the drumsticks and set aside.
