Ingredients

  • 500 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 200 grams feta cheese block
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 10 leaves fresh basil leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 loaf crusty bread (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.

Step 2

Rinse the cherry tomatoes under cold water and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Step 3

Place the cherry tomatoes into the prepared baking dish and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
