  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken breast
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon Thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheets. Use a round cookie cutter (about 4 inches) to cut 12 circles. For 6 of the circles, use a smaller cutter to remove the center, creating rings.
