Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine 200 grams of rice flour and 50 grams of urad dal flour.

Step 2

Add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 0.5 teaspoon of asafoetida, and 1 teaspoon of salt to the flour mixture.

Step 3

Melt 30 grams of butter and pour it into the flour mix. Mix well until it resembles bread crumbs.

Step 4

Gradually add 150 ml of water to the mixture, kneading it into a smooth and pliable dough.

Divide the dough into small lemon-sized balls.
