Ingredients

  • 24 pieces Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1.5 cups Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup Hot fudge sauce
  • 0.75 cup Caramel sauce
  • 1 cup Pecans (chopped and toasted)
  • 2 tablespoons Mini chocolate chips (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs are formed.

Step 2

Melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove. Pour it into the Oreo crumbs and mix until the texture resembles wet sand.

Step 3

Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Place the crust in the freezer to set while preparing the filling.

Step 4

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and continue mixing until well combined.

Step 5

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.

Step 6

Remove the crust from the freezer and spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly into the crust.

Step 7

Drizzle half of the hot fudge sauce and half of the caramel sauce over the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans on top.

Step 8

Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the toppings to create a second layer. Smooth it out evenly with a spatula.

Step 9

Drizzle the remaining hot fudge sauce and caramel sauce over the top. Sprinkle the remaining chopped pecans and mini chocolate chips (if using) for garnish.

Step 10

Freeze the pie for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Step 11

When ready to serve, let the pie sit at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes to soften slightly for easier slicing.

Step 12

Slice, serve, and enjoy your indulgent Riley's Frozen Turtle Pie!
