Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and prepare a 9x9-inch (23x23 cm) square baking pan by lining it with parchment paper and greasing the sides.

In a heatproof medium bowl, melt the unsalted butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips together using a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth. Allow it to cool slightly.
