  • 0.5 head Iceberg lettuce

  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the Romaine and Iceberg lettuce thoroughly. Chop into bite-sized pieces.

Thinly slice the red onion and set aside.
