Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 10 cups Mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 20 pieces Lollipop sticks
  • 1 cup Melted chocolate (optional, for dipping)
  • 0.5 cup Sprinkles (optional, for decorating)
  • 1 as needed Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Lightly grease a large baking sheet with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper. Set aside.

Step 2

In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter completely.

Step 3

Add the mini marshmallows to the melted butter and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.

Step 4

Remove the saucepan from the heat and immediately stir in the Rice Krispies cereal. Mix well until the cereal is fully coated in the marshmallow mixture.

Allow the mixture to cool slightly for 2-3 minutes, just enough so it’s easier to handle but still moldable.
