Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked white rice
  • 2 cups Diced ham
  • 1.5 cups Shredded cheddar cheese

  • 0.25 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 0.5 cups Diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.5 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese (reserving 1/2 cup for topping), cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and milk. Mix thoroughly.

Stir in the frozen peas, diced onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
